|Recommended: YesFinally Home — This is a great little family community. We have everything we need such as laundry facilities. If you have a maintenance issue it is addressed in a timely manner. The neighbors are so awesome as well as management. Best part my little dog is welcomed and has friends in the community to play with as well.This definitely finally home
|Recommended: NoThe parking is not good. my apartment is on one side and my parking space is on the opposite side. And they raised my rent, after paying on for a whole year that's the thanks — It's okay.

|Recommended: NoOver priced — Over priced lived here for 13 mo. Priced at 1395 utilities included. For two bed room two full bath. Priced Fair. Until two mo. Later when in became 1395 plus utilities so about 1500-1550. They refuse to show me my old paper contract and told me i needed to e_sign a new one online. After a year i went mo. To mo. They raised my rent and added a 100 fee every mo. For not signing a new lease so now its 1475 plus 100 fee plus utilities. Also when i turned in my apt i was praised for being the cleanest apt ever turned in. A few weeks later i have a letter with cleaning fees deducted out of my deposit. I even had the grout profesionaly cleaned. And the carpet. Iam being charged for carpet cleaning. I requested a walk out inspection with 2 day notice. No call no show. Someone illigaly entered my apt a few days before my last day. With no notice. Very unprofesional.

|Recommended: YesNice place to live. A little pricy for area. — Lived here for about 4 years and rent increased every year and utilities no longer included in rent. Apartment landscape keeps getting detroyed by kids. Have seen some cars parked in spots that are broken down and just collect dirt, never move. I really like the area and the apartments are good size for small families. Pet friendy is a plus, but a problem with dog poop not getting picked up by some owners. Up-stairs patios are awesome and good size. Would have stayed if rent did not increase. Maintenance requests are taken care of within a day or two, which is nice. Laundry area a bit small for amount of units, but it uses web cards that can be re-loaded. No coins needed which is awesome.
